Will be responsible for all activities necessary to process one or more payrolls, including Maintaining related records and filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports. Processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments. Will administer a variety of voluntary deductions such as Aflac premiums and prepaid legal plans. Administer 401k plan contributions and disbursements and contributions to various thrift plans. Prepares all payroll checks according to company procedures. Mails payroll checks with appropriate supporting documentation. Assists with monthly closing procedures for payroll.
